Business Description Thomas Packaging and Fulfillment was founded in 1977 in St. Petersburg, Florida, by Charles Thomas. To this day, Thomas Packaging and Fulfillment provide efficient and timely fulfillment services to the Southeastern United States. Handling tasks such as promotional kitting, storage, warehousing, import & export, poly bagging, shrink packaging, hand assembly, bulk mailing, contract packaging, pick & pack, shipping, and distribution. In connection with our order, sweepstakes, contest, retail order, and business to business fulfillment services, Thomas is truly a "Full-Service" distribution solution. In 1992, we purchased a 12,000 square foot building for assembly, fulfillment and storage purposes. The addition of Florida Fulfillment completed our quest to facilitate e-commerce, business to business fulfillment, and web store management.
